In commercial lines, our goal is to develop a long-term relationship with our customers.  We accomplish this by listening to our customers’ concerns.  Our objective is to match their insurance needs with the broadest coverages at the best prices available.  As an independent agency, we use the highest rated national and regional insurers that meet our customers’ insurance needs.
 
We also educate our customers about their insurance program.  Insurance premiums have become a significant expense and we want our customers to understand their coverages and their costs.  The more comfortable our insured’s feel with our services, the stronger our relationship grows.  Our customer service includes complete claim service from the first report to the final payment.  We will assist our customers with any questions or problems they may incur during the claims process.
 
Five members of our staff have attained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation, CPCU.  Three others have attained or are working towards their Certified Insurance Counselor designation, CIC.  Our employees are committed to higher education in order to provide the best professional services to our customers.
